BBQ Barn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Meat Prep team member to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality, attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Trim, cut and portion meats according to menu and portion standards
* Prepare and marinate meats as required
* Maintain a clean and organized prep station
* Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation (FIFO)
* Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in meat preparation (or similar role)
* Good knife skills and cutting techniques
* Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
