BBQ Barn is looking for a dedicated and passionate Grill Cook to join our growing team. If you love great food, work well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grill meats, seafood and other menu items to order
• Ensure food is cooked to the proper temperature and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized grill station
• Work closely with the kitchen team
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a grill cook (or similar role)
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and temperature control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
