Graphic Designer

Paperless Blueprint is looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer to join our growing remote team.

We are a digital solutions company that works with businesses across the Caribbean and beyond, helping them build stronger brands through websites, e-commerce, AI solutions, payment gateway integrations, digital marketing, and automation.

We are looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing clean, professional, modern designs for both digital and print use.

Responsibilities include:

Creating social media graphics, ads, flyers, banners, website graphics, presentation designs, and brand assets.

Designing visuals that align with client brands, campaign goals, and marketing strategy.

Working with our team to produce high-quality designs for multiple industries.

Making revisions based on feedback while maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.

Preparing final files in the correct formats for web, social media, and print.

Ideal candidate should have:

Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

A good eye for layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience creating social media content, promotional graphics, and business branding materials.

Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs for different clients.

This is a remote position, so the designer must be organised, responsive, and comfortable working with a digital team.
